In every area of his work, his extensive, historical, and deep background of health care policy, health IT and business process reforms enable him to take a step back and help clients thoughtfully make decisions objectively. Copher extends valuable skills to clients by helping them understand where they fit in the environment, what opportunities and challenges are present, how to create opportunities, and then make decisions to move forward based on data and realistic prospects rather than emotions.
Copher is a long time veteran of the U.S. Congress and worked in multiple senior roles including Chief of Staff in a House office and both a staff member and Staff Director of the House Veterans Affairs Committee.
In 2011 Copher established his practice working with both multiple Fortune 50 companies and small enterprises where he takes his expertise and historical knowledge of the VA and DOD to help clients navigate significant challenges. He works closely with House and Senate policymakers and the Administration.
