What We Do

Brick Street Strategy specializes in federal government relations with a focus on business development for our clients, often jointly serving  the government relations and the commercial sectors of the business.  The firm is led by Mike Copher who works in a collaborative and bipartisan manner to address client needs in the areas of health care, health IT,  supply chain, business process design, revenue cycle management and aging accounts receivable (AR).  Brick Street's strategic consulting services is heavily focused on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).  

A history of representing some of the largest and well-known companies in the country as well as both start-ups and micro companies held by private equity firms, Copher leads with strategic vision, integrity, and results.  Opening doors and building relationships is important for success but our specialty is taking it a step further:  creating and expanding business opportunities.

VA health care delivery system and business process development and reform efforts—including key areas such as patient access to care, accounts receivable, community care programs, claims, pharmacy, supply chain, hospital networks with aging VA claims, medical devices, medical surgical prime vendor program, pharmaceutical prime vendor, tele-health, mental health, and information technology.  We help clients navigate the Administration, VA, and House & Senate policymakers.
